OXO Wine 1 organizes the cellar with steel modules and rollers that allow each barrel to rotate without moving adjacent barrels. The space above the bung remains clear for filling, topping up, sampling and washing.
Individual barrel operations
- Bâtonnage by rotation, without opening the barrel during movement.
- Individual barrel removal without dismantling the entire stack.
- Assembly adapted to the cellar layout.
- The bung can be positioned facing downwards for draining after washing.
