OXO Wine 2 combines barrel storage, individual handling and manual or motorized rotation for bâtonnage and Vinification Intégrale, with straight or circular layouts.

OXO Wine 2 incorporates the functions of OXO Wine 1 and expands cellar handling options. The structure allows full or empty barrels to be handled individually, subject to the equipment and load limits for each operation.
Flexibility for aging and winemaking
- Manual or electric rotation for bâtonnage and Vinification Intégrale.
- Access for filling, topping up, washing and sampling in place.
- Layouts with straight rows, pyramidal assembly or circular arrangements.
